My business partner is struggling with serious and scary health problems right now.

And it's putting our business at risk.

So that we can continue to serve you, we've made the difficult choice to end our partnership.

I'm going to take over the business and continue to run it.

But it's going to take me 3 to 4 months to shut the business down in Arkansas and reopen it in New York.
